Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its beautiful ocean and pool view from the rooms, although the slippery bathroom tiles were a bit concerning. The sound insulation could be improved as we could hear everything around.
The hotel room with a balcony offering partial sea and pool views had all the amenities I needed, including a coffee machine. Although comfortable and well-decorated, the view was a bit of a letdown due to ongoing construction obstructing the scenery. The service was exceptional, with a top-notch marble bathroom cleaning and a delightful spa experience. The location was ideal for South Beach enthusiasts but could get lively and crowded, yet the immediate access to the beach and nearby restaurants was a plus. The dining experience left something to be desired, with limited options and a sense of lesser value for hotel guests. Overall, a modern, well-equipped hotel despite the construction and dining drawbacks.
My stay at Gale South Beach was quite pleasant overall. The location was perfect, close to the Art Deco district and an array of great restaurants, providing a lovely retreat from the hustle of Ocean Drive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although I missed having a balcony. The service was friendly, although a bit limited in capability due to some technical issues with the computer system. The dining options were somewhat disappointing, with minimal choices available. However, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.
The hotel's rooms until 4 pm were very nice and clean, although not very spacious. We found the location to be convenient, but the partial ocean view was underwhelming due to construction. The service of the third party valet was exceptional, ensuring all our needs were met promptly.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms may be a little shabby but have nice bathrooms. The service is absolutely friendly, especially from the front desk crew and GM, offering a range of amenities. The location is amazing, close to the beach but might be a bit noisy. The dining experience lacks variety but is suitable for a short stay. Overall, the hotel provides a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was okay overall. The rooms were decent, and I had a nice view of the beach from the fifth floor with a small balcony facing east. The staff, in general, were friendly and helpful, but it was quite noisy until after midnight. I was expecting larger rooms considering the price.
I had a cozy stay at this hotel, with a small room that was quickly taken care of for minor issues. The room featured a large soaker tub with a lovely street view, creating a modern and wood-themed ambiance.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had a nice view of the sea and pool, but it was a bit run down. Unfortunately, the phone didn't work, so I couldn't easily contact the front desk. The room was tiny and dusty, not matching the photos on the booking site. The bed was also lumpy, which was uncomfortable.
Overall, the hotel had a clean and perfect view of the pool and the beach from the slightly dated rooms. The service was fantastic, attentive, and friendly, making our stay very agreeable. The location right at the heart of Miami South Beach was excellent for a walkable trip, albeit with some noise from nearby restaurants. The dining experience was a bit inflexible in its breakfast options but the grilled and boiled fish were enjoyable. The facilities were great for a comfortable stay.
This hotel offers a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks. The rooms are cozy, while the service is friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal for beach lovers, although some cleanliness issues were noted. The dining experience has room for improvement, and the facilities are decent.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room had a perfect view of the pool and the beach, although it was a bit smaller than expected for the price. The bed was very comfortable, and the proximity to the pool was a nice touch, making it a cozy spot.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are small, smelly, and sometimes dirty with some noise from the Miami nightlife, but they do have a small balcony facing east. The valet service is pricey, and there are loud noises from cleaning activities. On the bright side, the location provides easy access to shopping areas and the beach, with an excellent bar and restaurant on-site. Dining options can be expensive, and some aspects like the adjacent restaurant closing early might not suit everyone.
